Damaged, defective or wrong item received - what do I do?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what happened. As soon as we receive your email, we will ship you a new item along with a FREE return label. You will not be charged for the new item, but please be sure to send back the defective or the wrong item as soon as you receive the new item. We normally allow 15 business days for the return to arrive.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge a restocking fee for any frame returns.
How soon do you issue the refund?
We issue the refunds on the same day that we receive your return. It may take up to 7 days for the credit to show on your account.
How will I know if you received my return?
We will email you a receipt confirmation as soon as we receive your return.
How should I send back the return?
Ideally, you should reuse the original box and the packing material. Please be sure to send back all the items including the case and the cleaning cloth. We recommend using a dependable shipper such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS that offer insurance and tracking services.
How will I be refunded?
All refunds will be processed in the same method as your purchase. A store credit cannot be refunded as cash.
